The first stage of the Azul Paraíso development is the Bahía Ocean View Condomiums, which consists of fourteen buildings arranged in seven pairs.
Inspired by the natural surroundings and replete with the comforts of modern technology, Bahia Condominiums is Azul Paraíso's first phase release. Bahia consists of fourteen three- or four-story buildings, each with one unit per floor for a total of 44 units.
The buildings are distributed throughout the property in pairs; each pair consists of 6 or 8 units with their own swimming pool and direct ocean views.

The buildings are turned at an angle with respect to one another to provide maximum privacy, and each condo has a spectacular, direct ocean view.
