At Bloomsbury Properties International (BPI) we partner with you, as a Developer, to handle the marketing and selling of your real estate developments worldwide.
In a hands-on approach, our experienced and dedicated team will work together with the Developer from the initial due diligence process to the final stages of every sale. We will put together a comprehensive marketing and sales plan outlining our objectives and goals, then execute it efficiently.

We reach our sales expectations by highlighting the lifestyle that each unique property promises – selling the experience, destination, and ambiance along with the real estate features. It is with this invaluable sales technique that BPI can attain its worldwide reach, partnering with international Developers.
BPI is compensated while managing the sales and marketing program in the following manner:
- Planning phase:
BPI receives a monthly advance during the marketing, sales and budget planning phases. All or part of these advances are deducted from future commissions at closing.
- Commissions:
At the onset of the project, BPI and the Developer will negotiate a commission schedule depending upon different characteristics of the project (marketing budget, pricing, inventory, sales velocity, etc.). Commissions to BPI, to the dedicated BPI sales executives and to referral brokers are all paid by the Developer to BPI, who is responsible for all commissions paid. During the initial phase of selling, commission advances (draws) are paid by the Developer to BPI up to when there is a steady flow of contracts and closings, at which time the draws are deducted from the flow of commissions.
- Marketing and other sales expenses:
Aside of all commissions, the Developer is responsible for all marketing and sales related expenses which are in accordance with a common Developer/BPI pre-approved budget.
