LISA KISLAK
Previously served as Vice president of Marketing and Sales for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where she was responsible for marketing luxury properties in New York, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean Most recently her role was Senior Vice president, Marketing for ClubCorp, the world leader in delivering premier golf, private club, and resort experiences. ClubCorp’s affiliates own or operate nearly 170 golf courses, country clubs, private business and sports clubs, and world-renown resorts, such as Pinehurst and The Homestead. Lisa created firsts for ClubCorp including a major repositioning of select properties, a club of the future concept, branded co-operative advertising and an integrated web presence for the portfolio. She was also intimately involved in the most successful relaunch of a life-style membership program. Lisa is a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association; Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International; and the Luxury Marketing Council and has served as a speaker at the American Express Luxury Summit.
MICHAEL BAGG

Previously served as Director of Marketing for Wyndham Luxury Resorts where he developed and executed strategic positioning and marketing planning for the top-tier luxury resort brand. Michael increased short and long-term brand awareness and traffic through strategic alliances, cost-effective advertising, direct marketing and e-marketing programs. Prior to Wyndham Michael was a relationship manager with a Dallas-based agency where developed measurable national marketing partnerships and promotions with partners such as Kodak, Delta Air Lines, and Golfsmith.

CONNIE WALD
Until very recently Connie has been the Vice President of Marketing, Neiman Marcus. In this role Connie created one-to-one marketing programs with company’s top customer segments and acquired new, high-profile customers. Connie initiated development of and led ongoing management of continuous relationship marketing (CRM) to extend loyalty of top customers and increase lifetime value, developed marketing strategy and led implementation for marketing/merchandising programs, vendor promotions and multi-channel initiatives across 38 stores. Connie also oversaw new customer acquisitions/credit marketing. Connie managed customer segmented market research.
RICHARD BAKER
Richard is founder of Premium Knowledge Group, a marketing services firm specializing in the luxury segment. His personal clients have included many of the brands listed in the prior page. In addition to membership in Bloomsbury Properties Strategic Advisory Board, and leadership of the team of marketing professionals, above, Richard is, founder of Premium Knowledge Group, developer of LifeStyleTM marketing and founder of the Luxury Marketing Council, Dallas. In this later role he has deep personal relationships with other Luxury Marketing Council chapters in New York City, Los Angeles/Orange County, Miami, San Francisco, Boston; London, U.K.; Dubai, Arab Emirates; Mumbai, India; San Paulo, Brazil.
