FREDY DELLIS, CEO & Chairman

Boasting extensive experience in the management of many international companies, Fredy Dellis’ long standing in the resort industry, as well as in many other different fields, brings a high level of expertise to Bloomsbury Properties International.

As Chief Executive Officer of ResidenSea Ltd., he made an idea that seemed unfathomable a reality as he brought the residential luxury ship “The World” to life. He also gained significant resort industry experience as Group Managing Director of a resort and club membership and exchange company – Resorts Condominiums International (RCI), for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. His international ties and skills, many of which were also cultivated while serving as President of Hertz International, President of Burger King International, and as CEO of EuropCar International, bring innumerable benefits to Bloomsbury Properties International clients.

Born in Belgium and raised in France, Fredy Dellis is now based in Miami and speaks fluent French and English.

TOMMASO ZANZOTTO, Board Director

Mr. Tommaso Zanzotto is the Chairman of Stocklight Ltd. which owns and operates Bloomsbury Auctions and Shapero Rare Books and Maps.

Bloomsbury Auctions,since its creation in 1983, has asserted itself worldwide as the place to buy and sell rare books, manuscripts and prints. It has, over time, further expanded into visual arts and many forms of collectables. Bloomsbury Auctions has a vast client base of art collectors on both sides of the Atlantic.

Mr. Tommaso Zanzotto, a seasoned and successful international executive in the fields of travel, hospitality, information technology and real estate development, served in numerous international assignments during his 25-year career at American Express. This culminated in 1989 when he was elected President International, responsible for all activities outside the US.

In 1993 he was elected Chairman and CEO of Hilton International Inc., owner and operator of over 150 hotels in fifty countries.

Mr. Tommaso Zanzotto is now Chairman of Wandrian Inc., a leading global distributor and technology developer for rail products and services and President of Toscana Ville e Castelli, a company operating in the hospitality and residential real estate in Tuscany, Italy.

Mr. Zanzotto has served on several public company boards: American Express Travel Related Services Co., American Express Bank Inc. in New York; Ladbrokes Plc. in London; Club Mediterranée in Paris; Travel Services International in Florida; Compass International in New York; KUONI Holdings in Zurich; On Line Travel Plc in London; and current trustee of the Aperture Foundation, New York, the International Photography Council, London; and member of the World Travel and Tourism Council.
